Diazapam is a UK POM so presumably you obtained some without a valid prescription, so could be considered an illegal drug user by many. What does your MP know about the Law? For him/her you are just potential support vote at the next Parliamentary election. Local MPs can be useful.

The normal DVLA Penalty for not taxing a car is min £30 + any road tax due. Just be grateful you were not stopped by a Police check which would have shown no tax on vehicle and may have invalidated your Ins. It took me 2 mins online , this week to tax an exempt vehicle for 12 month for £nil having received the V11 reminder.

How long were you employed by this Co. on current Contract?
-
You failed to contest the CCJ levied against your property address for 5 years. I would be reluctant to offer you Credit without further clarification.
-
The CCJ is now linked to your address and may adversely affect your credit report, making it more difficult for you to obtain Credit, unless you can get the Court to 'set aside' the CCJ. Quite difficult 5 years later IMO.

Surrender of Tenancy Agreement
mariner51 replied to MichaelCo's topic in Residential and Commercial lettings/Freehold issues
This may be academic as T has vacated. OP says they gave Notice but gave no details of AST (regd) nor dates/details for Notice they provided. Half a story. IMO. -
Do not escalate to fos until you get Kensington's response to your Complaint, made 6 Dec and was poss ignored until first full working week in the New Year.

Report them to TS, and provide TS with evidence. -
Boris's request later today for an injection of £100M/wk is risible. Even if UK donated all of GDP to NHS, in few years this would insufficient to maintain current service levels. The rationale for NHS was access to GP/hospital services free at point of use. We need an interpretation that such action is permissible.

Halifax ISA question - early closure
mariner51 replied to Homer67's topic in Halifax Bank and Bank of Scotland
You want to release £15.2K from a 2 yr fixed term ISA within 5 months of opening. You lose the benefit of the tax free interest rate and the orig sum reverts to an easy access/term savings account paying x%pa with the loss of 120 days interest for immediate access, which you assess as a loss of £45 My point was try to get another £15.2K loan that will cost you less than £45.( -
The adjudged claim is still outstanding. AFAIK the Co Directors at time can be held resp for some of the claim, even if not named in the Action. Forming a Co. does not provide the legal protection many expect,
