The OP seems more interested in terminating his Lease due to low takings, not 'extraction'. Whether he can will depend on T&Cs of Lease.

Are you sure your payments have not been intercepted by a third party and diverted to another account? -
I think you would have to agree with your husband to rewrite HIS Will to benefit your French friends with a similar bequest to yours, otherwise the Executor will send any Bequests to recipients alive on your death.

I won't argue with advice above but IMO there is no 'accidental shoplifting' as you had gone through the pay pont before stopped. If you had left the store, the Police could have been called and you charged with theft. As it is, Primark could ban you from entering this or all Primark stores.

How do you the application for writ to enter relates to GSC inspection? Have you previously denied access to the property for any reason? GSCs can now be conducted up to 1 month prior to GSC expiry and retain the last expiry date. (similar to MOT test)

EPC requirements query
mariner51 replied to HP Mum's topic in Residential and Commercial lettings/Freehold issues
Currently EPC is valid for 10 years and valid EPC must e provided (usually in sale/rental ad). I believe an E rating is currently the min permissible. -
Ask the Executing Solicitor for a copy of the Will and his understanding of the Deceased's reasoning. Deceased may have thought your dau may fritter away the Capital sum , without parental oversight. You may need Court approval to vary the Terms of the Will.

Whilst LLZ is a fightback Forum, it is illegal to park an unroadworthy vehicle on the Highway. A mate with a towrope, or with the correct subscription, AA, RAC / Gren Flag could have recovered the vehicle. It is rare for garage to decline recovery just because they could not start repair the same day. By displaying a broken down vehicle Notice the Council could have impounded it and towed it to the Pound.

Retaliatory Eviction
mariner51 replied to Faustus's topic in Residential and Commercial lettings/Freehold issues
Why do you think this is a retaliatory eviction? New LL has not served Notice but may offer you a new AST at increased rent, which you can decline. He can increase rent anyway via s13. -
You may have the satisfaction of registering a CCJ against her, if she does not pay up within 30 days, limiting her ability to obtain most forms of credit.
