Hi everyone, just to let you all know, I started a claim against cap 1 on 2/4/07 sent all the letters from template library and received all their usual letters back in return. I have now put in my n1 form to my local court and this week received their acknowledgement of service dated 9th July. By reading all your threads on here I should??? get paid out soon. My query is, on my account at the moment there is an outstanding bill of £673 which is all charges (which I never put on as they are not paid) but can they take this off the balance of my claim as when they sent me my first offer they put in the letter that I should keep up the payments on the account.( I hope you understand). Pudkids x

Hi pudkids

I think you should claim for teh £673 as well - when they 'pay'up it will then just cancell them out. You may not have actually parted with any cash but you have paid these charges - they have been debited to your account and credited to Cap 1.

How much is your claim for? It might be worth amending your poC to include them.
