Hi someone said if the claim goes to the legal department theres something wrong, i.e claiming over 6 years or dispute in the amount? is this right?

no i havent heard that before i thought it was when they got your stuff from the courts i dont really sure money or ssl might know more

post man has just been nothing from the halifax today going to phone the court soon my claim is stright forward i think havnt had no sleep so dont really know what i am thinking this morning

just rang the court nothing has come in from the halifax today

is it better that they dont acknowledge it so i ask for for judgement to be filed against them or is it better for them to defend it, does that make sence should i be getting anything ready

Think that person was me, but my statement may have come accross the wrong way.

 

I was told that the halifax legal department only get involved when there is a dispute with the amount of your claim, or when your claiming over six years.

 

in most other cases, your claim is simply photo copied by them and forwarded on to a customer relations manager who will seek to agree a setlement with the claimant.

 

I was given this information by one of the friendly girls at the legal team.

31 hours to acknowledge my claim

just phoned the courts the halifax still havent acknowledge my claim they have 26 hours to do so but only 10 working hours me and my countdowns

if they dont acknowledge by tommorow, then you should send the letter in the link, demanding payment within 7 days.

It normally turns up pretty quick after that.

hi rang the courts they have heard nothing from halifax

so i rang the halifax and guess what the have no record of my court claim

so spoke to legal team and they where going to fax the court and phone me back so just waiting for the phone call
