It is very unlikely they will close the accounts, and other unrelated loans would not be affected as they are on another seperate agreement.

Hi, Can anyone confirm that they have received all their charges back from GE Money.

I have recently had their letter of offer to pay back all my unlawful charges but they say they will not pay the interest, if they are refunding the interest to everyone else I want mine back as well otherwise it is a MCOL for them.

Thanks

DS

That is interest charged on your charges, not the 8% isn't it (just to be clear:D )

Heres one for you/ you know when you claim your bank charges back and they effectively shut you down, if i were to persue GE for my charges back would they shut my mortgage down that i have with them? i have 3 store cards with them as well as a mortgage does anyone know?:???:

It's unlikely as they run storecards and mortgages as seperate organisations.
