:) Hi Everyone,

Keeping the site up to date with my claim

25/2/07 Sent letter requesting bank statements

2/3/07 Received standard letter from Bank telling me they will be sending statements out to me in a computer printout format.

9/3/07 Received statements in two large A4 envelopes(much of cost a small fortune in postage)

12/3/07 Sending off letter for claim and also the summary of charges. I used the spreadsheet which auto-calced the 8% interest. Was i correct in sending this?

Fingers crossed.................................watch this space..............

Yes you stick to your time scale. 14 days between each letter is ample time for them.
