:) I am a late starter in this life, have previously sent letter and had a reply from the mighty HSBC telling me to await their reply while they investigate my complaint about the charges accrued for £480, being the trusting fool that I am, I have waited and waited.

I have now decided to eat my spinach and take action, I am going to send my letter advising them of action within 7 days.

Will my action of going from whimp to popeye prejudice my claim? sorry for this feeble request for help but spinach doesnt taste as good as it looks on the cartoon network.

Hi Horw

Stick to your timescales, and don't let them put you off.

Send the LBA (14 days limit, not 7 days)

Good Luck
