Sorry guys.... need to call on peoples expertise yet again!

I've signed and returned the offer letter they sent me.... there was nothing in the letter about confidentiality, so not concerned about that. but there was one line that does now......

'.......HSBC is prepared to make a payment to in the sum of £1650 representing the charges in full and final settlement of this matter.'

Does this mean i've given up the right to make claims on any future charges? (have 2 months worth already since i first pursued this claim).... as i clearly stated in the prelim letter it was in relation to the last 6 years.

Also does it mean i won't be able to pursue the claims on my other accounts now?

don't know if anyone can help, but would really appreciate some legal guidance!

thanks!

No, you'll be fine to sign for full and final...

Any further charges can be reclaimed - in fact they could be even if they wanted you to sign something which stated you couldn't...

Get the letter off and get that money!!
