Hi all,

Start of by stating what a fantastic site this is, I've recommended it to all my all work collegues and friends, read the FAQ's (really, I have !!!), already sent my DPA requests to both the Shabby and Alliens & Leicester, but I have a query that I haven't seen answered, or even been asked to be honest with you.

I recieved my monthly statement this morning, and the Shabby want to rob £170 out of my account in charges on the 25th May, which is 16 days away. Can I give the Shabby 16 days notice that I require them to not rob my account of the £170, and if they proceed to, can I go ahead and file a claim against them in the county court the following the day (26th May) ? If I can, is it best to write to customer services, or direct to Shabby's solicitors ? If direct to Shabby's solicitors, could someone please post a name and address to write to.

Many thanks for any replies received.

Sacha
