Not always true. We often suspect you're doing it on purpose.

 

Examples: "Honey, how do you work the hoover/dishwasher/scrubbing-brush?"

But never: "Damn, I can not work out the remote control to change from Friends to football".

Reminds me of a bit of advice a boss gave me years ago, on the subject of communication (written or otherwise). "Only be vague when you mean to be".

 

That advice has been useful to me so I vote Yes. But Spice should only be dense when its deliberate. Otherwise people will think he's .... well, dense! Trouble is, if its not deliberate, how will he know?
