  1. We moved in within the last two years have a mail redirect from our previous address. Have no idea what this debt is as have nothing around this amount. But they are at least aware where we live, they just missed the flat number off so we didn’t get it.
  2. Sorry didn’t do that as we don’t have the info yet. Only what’s on my credit report.
  3. Hi, thanks for a quick reply. at the moment I don’t know what this debt is. Nothing rings a bell or has been on my credit report recently. They obviously have my address as they have used part of it sending the paperwork to say 11 anystreet road, instead of flat 3 11 anystreet road. The building has always been registered as flats and the postcode which they used only relates to the flats. In this case wouldn’t that make it a mistake on their part?
  4. Found out via credit file I have been issued a CCJ in the last few days. I have requested the full details from the CCBC via email, I will probably call then Monday as apparently they say it can take 20 working days for a reply. The details we have from the credit reports shows they have sent it to my building but not my flat. So it hasn’t been delivered to me. I’m on the electoral roll, and my credit file lists my full address. I do not recognise the debt amount at all at this stage, and no debts appear on my report for this amount or even close to it (allowing for costs/fees). The debt is under £500. Are we really expected to have to pay £100 or £255 to get it set aside with such a clear error by the claimant? any help or advice greatly appreciated thank you
