Hello!

It’s been a while and I’m back for more advice. I’d really appreciate any help you can offer.

I have had a number of emails from the BBC over the last few weeks saying their records show I have used BBC iplayer on a number of occasions over recent weeks.

I have ignored their emails as I have not watched anything on the BBC for a very long time and have filled out their own ‘no tv license needed’ declaration for the last few years. So far I have been left alone.

To my knowledge I have not watched iplayer or BBC on any of my devices. I have listened to radio online a few times and listened to live and catch up radio but to my knowledge that is ok to do.

I have read threads on here and a ton t’web (lots of which pre-date 2016) and so far am unsure of how to respond, if at all.

If you could please point me in the right direction I would be really grateful.

thanks in advance 🙃

please don't hit Quote...just type we know what we said earlier..

DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...

Thanks dx.

In my haste I forgot to mention that I have also had a letter from tv licencing today. The emails were also from tv licencing… apologies, I wrote BBC as there was a reference to iplayer in both their emails and letter🤦🏽‍♀️

You can most definitely ignore them, block the emails and bounce them back, any letters, just put in them in file 13.

Who ever heard of someone getting a job at the Jobcentre? The unemployed are sent there as penance for their sins, not to help them find work!

you'll get 100's of them

just ignore

and NO if any TVL fake bailiff appears at you door

tell him to leave your premises and never to return else you'll call police 101

they have ZERO legal powers to do anything.
