Sorry if not allowed but just received my letter regarding coast now Swift owning my loan (£17k)

as others not made any payments for several years and understood coast didn’t have the power to obtain eviction notices because offices out of the uk,

now I’m worrying Swift will be able to apply for eviction notices,

am I right and if so are there any legal firms who might be able to look at this,

this has been a worry for many years and affecting my health,

thanks in anticipation .

is this your only mortgage?

per id await for things to settle down with swift.

as you'll see if you type in coast in our search , they do do court, so your logic doesnt fit.

when things settle id send swift an sar.

what old welcome paperwork do you have?

was this one loan, did you have financial issues and welcome refinanced?

there is a very good very long thread by user @cruzhughes ....

please don't hit Quote...just type we know what we said earlier..

DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...
