I'd like to see if I'm attached by personal guarantee still, as I couldn't see a default on my credit report, and I'd like to know what checks were performed before offering the credit (was I checked or my business)

What would you advise please?

please don't hit Quote...just type we know what we said earlier..

DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...

Hi dx100uk, thanks for confirming. I received the SAR from Azzurro, and it just contains the contract I previously uploaded here, a list of some of the card transactions, my address and date of birth. I expected to see the info CoT used, such as a credit report, but there was no detail of that.

Do I need to request this information specifically, or do they not have it if they didn't include it with the SAR?
