Hello

I'm new here.

I purchased a Phone from Littlewoods costing £794.99 last Friday and I received it on Monday.  It was a Pre loved Refurbished Mobile.

However I've used it for a day and a bit.

I put a Tempered Glass Screen Protector on.

Looks in the same condition as received and on the Camera.

Also still has the cellophane round the sides.

I would like to return the Item?

I've checked on their Refund policy but doesn't really make sense.

Can they refuse it?

If used

I know if it was from like O2 online you have 14 days to return it if you have used it.

Hi, welcome to CAG. Let's see how we can help.

Can you clarify please.

(1) How did you buy it? ie, did you go into a store and buy it there? Or did you buy it online?

(2) Why do you want to return it? Does it have a fault? Is it not as described? Or have you just decided you don't want it?

(3) How did you pay for it? Credit Card? Debit Card? Bank Transfer? Cash?

(4) Can you post a link to their Refund Policy that you've been looking at please.

Hello

1 - I bought it online

2 - It's 6.7 Inches of the Size of the Phone and I didn't realise it's that big

3 - Online Catalogue used Credit on Account and it's on Buy Now Pay Next Year

4- https://www.littlewoods.com/help/en/online-help-system.page  It's got alot of options and won't choose the correct link section for returns.

yes you can return it for no reason FOC within 14 days under consumer rights act as you did not have the opportunity to view in store before purchase.

Take the screen protector off and make sure no residue is left, remove any data by factory re-setting the phone and then return it.

Hello

Apparently I'm not allowed to return it because I have used it and been box been opened. There was no seal on the Box.  I did explain that there was no seal on the Box. I did explain to them that but didn't listen No cellophane was on the box when received.

I removed the original cellophane from the front screen was removed by me.

rubbish.

as with all these CAT companies they talk BS to their advantage.

it was a refurbished phone too

so there would not be a wrapping.

you need to remind them of that.

pers id demand a free returns label and a refund in 14 days. else its off to the FOS/ICO etc etc  with a formal complaint.
