I don't know if it's actually 2 Months Notice we've to give him. As it states in the Agreement. It's trying to figure out if it's 2 Months on the agreement or the 28 days stated elsewhere. Don't fancy paying 2 months rent for old place. we get somewhere new.

Hello We are looking to move and and are applying for different properties. I've seen the current Tenancy Agreement for this place and it says we must give the Current Landlord 2 Months notice. Hello Please move to the appropriate forum if it's in the wrong section. I bought an Item off Ebay about two weeks ago. Item cost £7.15 plus £3.35 in Postage. Which was just a basic service. Paid using my Credit Card. I've asked the seller when is he going to dispatch it after I won the bid. I've received no reply so yesterday I opened up a dispute on Ebay stating I want a refund. I've not received it. However I've noticed I can dispute the Transaction on my Credit Card App. However it asks so many Questions and asks you to provide any evidence. Shall I wait till the 25th before I can get Ebay to intervene? Or proceed now with the Chargeback? Thanks

Yes send them a letter typed on Word or open office, Print it and then send it by Royal Mail first class recorded and keep a copy. Also make sure you get proof of postage.
