How do all?

I admit it... I failed my mortgage commitments more than a few times. We've been to court several times. I didn't pay, they didn't like it.

But liberties have been taken with excessive charges.

I'm wondering if it is best to use a local lawyer firm, use a claim company or navigate a county court claim myself.

We are now in a wonderful position of being able to payoff the mortgage balance but I'm loathed to give them over £20K in charges over the original loan amount, from the past 10 years.

Can anybody comment that has been through a similar mortgage arrears, potential mis-selling situation with Redstone Melanite Mortgages?

Thank you, DC

not seen any successes using CMC's and ofcourse you lose a good heep of fees too.

you could go down the route of calculating everything like unlawful penalty charges arrears/letter/default/late/it raining today penalty fees

use our statint sheet

enter each one individually

the sheet does everything for you

i warn you though

redstone etc are a very hard nut to crack!!

please don't hit Quote...just type we know what we said earlier..

DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...
