Please see below letter from Churchill recovery Solution. 

No name, no address, no envelope, it was just pushed in my flat trough the letter box. 

Did somebody knows what this means ?

I was googling this as my mum received exactly the same thing through her letterbox this morning. Just a letter without an envelope, no name, address or date on it. She is currently with E Gas and Electric and has a prepayment metre but as far as she is concerned, she does not have any sort of debt what with it being a prepayment metre...

 

I unfortunately do not have a photo of the letter as I don't live with her but she called me as she was concerned and has not been able to get through to E on the phone just yet. If anyone else has a similar experience I'd be grateful to hear from them or if OP would care to update?

 

Once my mum gets to speak to someone at E, I'll update too.
