after the recent payouts of pennies paid back to us from payday loans

I.ve been getting . Bw legal on my back.

Now the debt is over 6yrs old I.ve showed them that. But they saying its not. I was actually owed over £500 I got £23 off them.  But bw legal are saying I received £89 lol.

Well anyway they now sent me this which I copied from email.

They added court costs on because they were taking me to court but didn't do it , they might of filed it but didn't get no papers or anything and even said I.ve no ccj or anything either ,

all they saying it was sent buy its not been dealt with and I do believe they pulled out and stopped it, I.ve asked for the court numbers to check which they haven't provided.

 I.m confused now.

Sorry if it dont make sense

Good Afternoon

Thank you for your recent email, the contents of which have been noted on file.

We apologise for the previous correspondence, please disregard it’s contents, feedback has been provided to the agent in question.

Please note that on 29 November 2012 you entered angreement for the sum of £200.00 with £58.00 interest, please be aware that the Scheme of Arrangement is calculating redress in regards to the interest charged on accounts opened with Instant Cash Loans.

We confirm that you repaid £80.87 to the agreement thereby the balance still remains due and owing as the law of limitation does not extinguish or remove the balance of the sum borrowed. As a Court Judgment was claim was serviced to you on 1 August 2018 for non-payment of the balance we confirm that this account is not statute barred.

We also confirm that to the support your outcome in the Scheme of Arrangement our client has deleted their credit entry on your credit report, depending on which credit reference agency you use this can take up to 60 days to show.

Please be aware that compensation will be awarded to you in the form of a dividend based on how you were treated at the time you were a customer of Instant Cash Loans, as the account was subsequently sold to PRAC Financial Limited this is a separate matter, as you are still liable for the agreement entered.

However, to resolve the matter our client is willing to discount the amount owed to £91.10 to clear the balance and settle the matter, once paid your account will be closed balance no longer be pursued. Should you wish to set up an arrangement for this reduced amount please contact us.

well you'll have to spend all day using copy and past then...

atleast tell use WHO the OC was and the history of this debt etc

we can't possibly be able to help when the info you put up so far is devoid of anything meaningful for us to digest and respond too.

you appear to manage to communicate with BW easily enough (and p'haps pointlessly entering into letter tennis) but can't do it with us...

24th June received this out of the blue.

Our Client: PRAC Financial Limited

Original Creditor: Instant Cash Loans Ltd t/a Payday Express
Original Agreement Number: 11128109
Our Reference Number: T0216301
Balance Due: £202.45
Instant Cash Loans Ltd – in liquidation ("ICL") have advised our client PRAC Financial Ltd ("PRAC") that they have recently written to you regarding your claim in their Scheme of Arrangement. PRAC were informed by ICL that claim reference A4V3-KH9F, relating to loan reference 11128109 was assessed for irresponsible lending and the claim has been upheld or partially upheld and you will receive your dividend for the interest redress for this loan of £83.48 shortly.

However, our client would also like to assist you with this matter further and has reduced your current balance outstanding by the redress amount of £83.48.

Discount offer
Our client would also like to take the opportunity to assist you in trying to resolve the account by offering you a discount against the new current balance. Strictly without prejudice, we are delighted to advise you that we have agreed a pre-approved discount of 55%.

This offer is open until 20 August 2021. If you do take advantage of the offer the revised amount to pay will be £91.10. If you cannot afford to pay the discounted amount in full before 20 August 2021 don't worry. If affordable for you, you can still take advantage of the offer via a payment plan. We have prepre-approved a monthly instalment amount of £15.00 which has been recommended considering estimated disposable income.

Even better for you is that you do not need to call us to accept this offer if it is affordable. Just log in or register to use our Customer Portal at www.bwlegal.co.uk and select "Customer Login". The pre-approved settlement and plan is ready for you to accept. Either call us on 0113 487 0430 to accept the offer and we can set up the plan for you, or simply log onto our customer portal by 20 August 2021 and accept to pay the offer by instalments; just set your first instalment date and payment method.

If this loan is currently being reported to Equifax, our client has also confirmed that the bureau history of this loan will be deleted in their July submission to further assist you. The above offer is available until 20 August 2021, after which time the new reduced balance of £202.45 will be due in full and your case will continue to be dealt with in our normal collections activity.
Yours sincerely,
BW Legal

They wrote to me in 2018 and I emailed them back to carry on I.ll fight It in court. I.m sure we had the court papers and I sent in in defence and when I checked it last in 2018, nothing happened it was as if they wasn't defending themselves and just let it go. Never received a court letter after and gathered it was closed then. They confirmed in that email that no ccj had been done aswell. I.ll see what other emails I have now.
