My Credit Agreement made with Career Development Finance Ltd

Signed by the Course Advisor Robert Graham. 

Enrolment Date:                                                                22/06/05 

39 monthly payments have been paid Cost of                 £3.000 

Scheidegger Training Course completed        (A+2006 N+2006) 

I signed up for Microsoft Course Detail of        PA (A+N+MCSA) 

My course material has endorsements by Microsoft and Scheidegger Training / Skillstrain on the front cover.

I was very happy when I received Mr Ian Simpson missive in August 2013 about that my certificates of PC Engineer (A+), NETWORK ENGINEER (N+), would get to me the soonest, until now nothing and still missing of MCSA course. 

 

I would appreciate if you kindly advice how I could defend myself to How to get some or All of My Money Back from Scheidegger Training / Skillstrain
