DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...

I am no expert but you could consider the following:

Litigant in Person:   £19.50 per hour (Claim preparation time travel time, attendance time)

Printing:  50p per page

Parking, petrol, bus and train

Put it all on an itemised statement, leave plenty of room for the judge to write on the sheet as he might do his own calculations, let him decide how much of your claim he will allow.

Take it with you...and if you succeed ask the judge if you can claim costs.

Case dismissed

- notice of assignment was fatal, pointed out to judge that the dates are totally different,

he said apart from the dates were you served a notice of assignment, I said as far as I'm aware no, I mentioned the email added to Moriarty laws NOA, the judges face was priceless 🤣🤣🤣🤣, I said the total claim is a waste of the courts time and mine.

Nothing got past the notice of assignment and he dismissed the case.

Awarded me fuel and parking and day off leave .£53.60 . The others " no you don't get that".

I'm over the moon thanks guys. 💪💪💪👊👊👊👊

  • 10 months later...

Good Evening,

Lantern debt recovery are still sending me letters and are constantly calling me about a debt that's already been dismissed and costs awarded.

its an old PDL i posted on here recently.. i understand its still "valid" and they can still pursue me and issue another court claim ( which would be very silly of them), but their calls are actually doing my head in to the point i feel like changing my number.

is there anything i can send them to stop, maybe a snotty letter?

any advice?

cheers.
