DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...

  • 2 weeks later...

hi ,

just an up date , I'm sure your advice will remain the same but just to check.

it looks like Wetcloths have found the cca on the loan (see attached letter)

does this change anything in regards to being chased for the debt?

also, on the second photo from a different  letter (received a couple of weeks ago) the amounts circled in green don't add up?

any ideas why?

I could call them but I don't really want to contact them at the moment.

cheers again guys,

I do really appreciate your responses.

cause wetcloths haven't a clue what they are going on about

and Lloyds certainly can't merge an OD balance not regulated by the CCA and a loan (that was consolidation of other old debts with them already) together.

did you ever get the PPI refunded?

as it looks to me that is all the balance really consists of now.

and just to state again..you NEVER ring a powerless dca.

Every morning look in the mirror, repeat 10 times, I must not talk to a DCA

Personally I say, stuff 'em , don't pay another penny.

Given that you have already paid them for 15 years I think £7200 is sufficient....and given that you started this thread in 2006...was the debt not already statute barred before your started this payment arrangement in 2012 ?

Have read through your thread again check dates date of default date of last payment.
