CST law can't do anything of the sort

they are a powerless DCA.

read the letters properly, they don't say WILL anything.

please don't hit Quote...just type we know what we said earlier..

DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...

  • dx100uk changed the title to BGAS Industrial Training Bond course debt - now CST DCA chasing

cause they are not bailiffs

no more powerful than you or I on ANY debt.

I seriously doubt BGAS would want the bad publicity by doing court.

VST are not BG so they cant do anything

Bg can take you to court but so far they havent followed procedure so cant start to do that until they do follow the rules.

ASs said above, I would bet that the training contract isnt what they say it is so not that simple for them

  • 2 months later...

I haven’t heard from them for a month or so, I spoke to a legal rep who said this was all very strange and it sounded to them as a cash grab since Bg lost 100’s of millions last year.

if they where to take every engineer to court and they lost one case then all the rest wouldn’t have to pay anything back, they can’t charge you for tools and can that they take back.

under training bond compliance they can only try and get back any external costs.

All training was in house at the company at their “academy”

but keep us updated and I will do the same, I still haven’t heard anyone go to court yet
