Initial letter sent

I now have to attend an assessment where the district judge decides how much the claim is worth, i was speaking to the court today and said the claim being treated as unliquidated for some reason even though i stated it was liquidated and this would be sorted out by the judge. The interesting point is that the Halifax can submit paper in there defence , do you think they will do this or take the cowards way out again and not attend saying as usual this case slipped under the radar and they will vigoursly defend all claims!!

does anyone have any advice about how to justify the reclaiming of the charges should the judge ask? i am getting a wee bit nervous and don't want to blow it!!

I need you help please anybody that has recieved a letter from the Halifax Secure Collections and Recoveries department Could you please please please scan a copy and either post it online, send me the link or let me know if you have one and I'll give you my email.

 

Please cover up your personal details and I have no interest in those what so ever. I just need the letter head with the address in Leeds and the letter body.

 

If anybody could do this for me I would be eternally grateful.

Firstly you should start your own thread on here and then everyone will be able to give you all the help and advice you need.

 

Go to the top of the page then where it says Halifax Bank and the Bank of Scotland click on this and it will take you to the halifax forum.

A little bit down the page you will see a box saying new thread, click on this and then you can start your own thread. Give it a title and your off.

 

We are a freindly bunch on here and everybody is willing to help each other but we need to be able to read the full details to get the true picture.
