DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...

Hi Andy,

thanks for the input.

I already sent off the version with six requests on,

I asked if I should delete 4/5 but as there was not a reply initially I thought urgency was more important.

I found the right version after I sent it.

does this matter?

In the solicitors letters it states OD and the acct. no.

but in the particulars or claim it does not mention OD but does state the current acct, no.

if the sar went to Halifax then leave it

banks don't often sign for stuff..

its not that important - it will be weeks before you might need it

IF the case ever gets to court.

Recorded delivery...

called the bank in order to ensure sar had been received,

wow that was an education all on its own,

Got nowhere.

I asked their customer services for a telephone number for HSBC Canada Place and was informed there is not one.

called the Royal Mail gave rec. del. no. and they apologised that there was no proof of del. (what I paid for!) and explained it may be as HSBC post maybe del'd in batches.

they said I would get a p.o.d. but I will have to wait until the 5/10.

Hi guys

I have received a response to the 31.14.

They acknowledge receipt of the request and go on to point out that the claim was issued out of county court business centre which is a procedure specifically provided for in the CPR.

It goes on to say they have provided all the sufficient info. in order to understand what the claim relates to and give the list.

Do you need any other details of contents.

Proved they dumped everything into the bank account causing a £10k OD

So the fleecers are going to have to prove your OD was an arranged £10k one with a facility letter from HSBC.

There are like defences here already
