please fill this out and paste the Q&A back here

http://www.consumeractiongroup.co.uk/forum/showthread.php?462118-Have-you-received-a-Parking-Ticket

please don't hit Quote...just type we know what we said earlier..

DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...

parking charge date: 22/04/16

Creditor is ANPR Parking Services

Date of this second notice: 30/05/16- which was sent by DRP

First notice- i ignored.

DEMAND FOR PAYMENT OF UNPAID PARKING CHARGE £160-

Our client has written to you about an unpaid parking charge detailed above.

As they have not received the payment, they have referred the matter to us for collection.

WHAT IF YOU DON'T PAY WHAT YOU OWE:

If you are liable for this charge and do not pay the full amount by 13/06/16

or if you have not agreed a payment option with us by then,

we will recommend to the creditor that court action should be taken to recover what you owe.

ignore all dca's as they ahve no rights or interest in the matter. If they claim otherwise they might see the inside of a prison. that is why they sya they "recommend" or they are "minded to" rather than saying what they are going to do- nothing other than write again if someone pays them to do so.

btw, I now want £200 for the advice and a fee of aonther £40 for delivering it. Not impressed? well, that is the level they work on
