  3. parking charge date: 22/04/16 Creditor is ANPR Parking Services Date of this second notice: 30/05/16- which was sent by DRP First notice- i ignored. DEMAND FOR PAYMENT OF UNPAID PARKING CHARGE £160- Our client has written to you about an unpaid parking charge detailed above. As they have not received the payment, they have referred the matter to us for collection. WHAT IF YOU DON'T PAY WHAT YOU OWE: If you are liable for this charge and do not pay the full amount by 13/06/16 or if you have not agreed a payment option with us by then, we will recommend to the creditor that court action should be taken to recover what you owe.

  6. hi. i myself received a parking charge notice- £60. 'A parking charge has been issued because the vehicle was parked in a manner where the driver attracted a parking charge as brought to the driver's attention via signage and agreed to by the driver when your vehicle was parked on land managed by the creditor ANPR Parking Services Ltd.' - which I do not even understand. It was issued on 27th May and given 14 days to pay at a reduced rate of £60. If not paid within 14 days, the full charge will be paid by the driver/keeper. The letter says "we now invite you to make a payment... " What shall i do? Help!
