Hi, new to this site, I'm hoping someone will give me some advise as can't seem to find anything about it online.

Does anyone know what the rules are for going abroad to the EU on holiday for a few days with my 2 children and another adult ? I am a single parent and am not living with this adult.

I'm on CHild Tax Credit as a single person with 2 kids, married but permanently separated.

I am worried something will flag up although there is nothing sinister about it and I'm accused of Living with this adult.

Thank you

Loulou

I rang 'Gingerbread' as I am worried sick - they were so incredibly helpful. They said I can go and not to worry because my 2 kids have autism and need additional adult support, and it's for them to prove I'm in a couple not the other way round.
