DX, I thought that when requesting a cca they had 14 days to respond to the request, has this now changed?

Hi Andy,

the CCA request was sent to Lowell's back in April (5th)

and my daughter heard nothing from them until recently.

 

 

So what now?

 

 

I have also noticed that they have dated their reply 26th April.

nope you don't send reminders etc anymore.

 

 

next move is theirs, but I suggest that even they know

theres no way a judge would entertain that hand written CCA as enforceable in court

 

 

and ofcourse the other thing to remember

is that this account was taken out post Apr 2007

so it should be a computer derived screen shot

not hand written I suspect?
