Claim of Aviteo Ltd. - Usenext

I had signed up for Usenext and cancelled the next day through their website.

 

 

A few months later I start receiving emails I owe them money because I hadn't actually cancelled my account.

It seems that it did not go through because I never received a confirmation email.

 

 

I have read through all the forum posts here and sent the emails that were suggested to send.

I have been ignoring them for a while but this last email concerned me

and was wondering if I should just continue to ignore them

or finally pay for the service that I have never used.

 

"regarding the above-mentioned matter, we received no reaction to our latest correspondence.

 

We want to inform you, that we have already submitted all necessary documents,

concerning your file, to our contract attorney in order to take legal action against you.

 

Please be aware that this measure and the following execution will cause you further costs and inconveniences.

 

As you are responsible for the daily increasing costs,

we advise you to make your payment by using one of the payment methods listed below.

Now it is for you to decide.

 

Finally we would like to point out, that the legal dunning procedure will not be suspended before the receipt of your payment.

 

The actual claim, including interests and costs, arising out of our activities, is 162,00 €.

they are breaking Paypal's conditions of use/service so perhaps you could let PP know that.
