I had signed up for Usenext and cancelled the next day through their website. A few months later I start receiving emails I owe them money because I hadn't actually cancelled my account. It seems that it did not go through because I never received a confirmation email. I have read through all the forum posts here and sent the emails that were suggested to send. I have been ignoring them for a while but this last email concerned me and was wondering if I should just continue to ignore them or finally pay for the service that I have never used. "regarding the above-mentioned matter, we received no reaction to our latest correspondence. We want to inform you, that we have already submitted all necessary documents, concerning your file, to our contract attorney in order to take legal action against you. Please be aware that this measure and the following execution will cause you further costs and inconveniences.
