Hi,

I have read through the forums and online and I am unsure what is correct regarding an Overdraft.

The most recent letter from Low Life's is asking me to contact them before 11/07/2015 or they will take legal action blah blah, I think they actually mean it this time.

I called up HSBC and they said the last payment into the account was September 2009 so it's not quite SB and that is my question what is the SB date on an over draft?

Cheers,

Flappy

The SB date starts from when they call the O/D in. I think it is called a Demand/Termination notice.

Was it you who made the payment into the account in September 2009 ?

Hi SB,

No - it was a PayPal payment into the account, I guess from a customer.

I really don't know 100% as I was in a partnership and she has long vanished... So I am not sure where I stand.

I have done a SAR to HSBC anyway

Cheers,

Flappy

Update -

Lowell sent me another letter (dx was right as usual)

Pre-Legal Assessment

* Your account is escalating*

I have just wrote to them to say that the address is wrong (mail diverted) but ignored the actual letter to get in touch.

Still nothing back from HSBA regarding the SAR

Thanks,

Flappy
