I am looking for advice regarding,

removal of black horse finance from my credit file.

It's in relation to a car I bought in 2003,

payed regularly every months for a couple of years,

I then had problems making the payments.

Roughly about a year or two later the car was handed back.

The rest of the debt remaining from the car was included as part of a protected trust deed in 2008,

which was successfully discharged in 2011.

It is still showing on my credit file but only defaulted in 2012.

Thanks for the fast response scott

Hi,

No problem, it's not something I know a lot about but it does look like creditors included in the Protected Trust Deed should issue default notices when your Trust Deed starts, not years later as in your case.
