Question asked by me via Twitter @ArgosHelpers:

283/6540 "features many dazzling diamonds". How many diamonds other than the "stunning diamond at 12 o'clock"
Reply from @Argos HelpersLuke:

OK, so on the same lines; would you expect us to describe a Christmas tree as sticks of PVC attached to a metal pole?

It's just the name of a product. If we were pedantic about every item we sell, we'd never be able to describe anything in less than 5 words and it'd be extremely difficult to narrow down a search when finding specific products. Luke

Merry Christmas to you too Luke. Edited by fade2gray.uk

I'd report him. even though he's being human, a company representative should never act like that.

Btw, luke was wrong. The advert clearly states "many diamonds" and not just a single one.

Any advice i give is my own and is based solely on personal experience. If in any doubt about a situation , please contact a certified legal representative or debt counsellor..

I've also pointed out that they advertise some of their watches as 'sliver' but don't clearly state anywhere as being just 'silver coloured' in the detailed description as in other adverts on their site. The response was "It's just your (my) perception".

Isnt the messaging limit longer if they send a direct message?

edit: its still 140 chars, but twitter now auto splits the message if its longer than the limit.
