I wish I had looked on here a week ago, before I sent my phone to them.

now I can see what I am up against

I just want to clarify exactly the course of action I need to take.

As yet all I know is that my phone was received by them, in London N11 2UT on Tuesday 3rd December.

'John' signed for it.

I can't contact them, no email or telephone number and

I don't expect to hear from them from what I now read.

What are the steps I need to take, and

I gather from here that the company has already changed names/addresses?

I want to do everything correctly in the hope of some kind of positive outcome.

I am feeling very cross, mostly with myself, right now.

I'm afraid that your phone has probably been stolen.

If you have the money, then start a county court claim against them. Sue them as Yemonia Ltd trading as Cash4phones.

You will get your judgment automatically. Hopefully you will be able to enforce your judgment at some point.

Don't bother about pre-action protocol. Don't bother about emails or letters. Just sue them.
