I wish I had looked on here a week ago, before I sent my phone to them. now I can see what I am up against I just want to clarify exactly the course of action I need to take. As yet all I know is that my phone was received by them, in London N11 2UT on Tuesday 3rd December. 'John' signed for it. I can't contact them, no email or telephone number and I don't expect to hear from them from what I now read. What are the steps I need to take, and I gather from here that the company has already changed names/addresses? I want to do everything correctly in the hope of some kind of positive outcome. I am feeling very cross, mostly with myself, right now.
