1&1 internet spam

People please help! I can't get rid of 1&1 internet account.

 

I cancelled it few years ago (well, I thought I cancelled) and until recently I was not aware

that they still charge me for this account until I cancelled my credit card!

 

One week ago I got a letter threatening that bailiffs will come around to collect the debit

and extra charge will be added to my invoice!

 

O my god!

 

I feel like someone is trying to harm me physically and psychologically!

 

I am so scared!

 

I paid the invoice for something what I don't use, hope they will leave me alone!

 

Hey! 1&1 internet!

Can u leave me alone?

I do not need u service!!!!

I do not need your auto renew!

I did close my account with you!!!!!

What also I can do about them?

I am really in despair!!

How much are you paying and what for, if it's fraud you can claim it back from your card.

1and1 are web account hosters. If you have a domain and don't pay then it's released. I was unaware they did auto renew. Can you supply more details.

This is the German Internet 'spy ware, co United Internet CEO Oliver Mauss I thing been lots of problems worldwide I think.

 

How much have you paid? The threat of 'bailiffs removing goods is nonsense, you would have to have been issued with a court claim,

lost the case before this could even been considered.

 

Make a formal complaint, you will need to do some research to find the best place to send the complaint.

We went through the same nightmare, only much worse.

 

 

The only way we could get 1&1 to stop billing us was a letter from our attorneys.

 

In my opinion,

of all the internet companies to get involved with, 1&1 would be the last.

 

 

I curse the day I ever registered any domains with them.

It should be a warning that when their phone was answered by a recording that tells you if you have gotten a notice from NCO,

a collection agency, to press a certain number.

If they are a reputable business, why did they have to send so many accounts to a collection agency?

 

The Eastern Pennsylvania /Washington DC Better Business Bureau had given 1&1 an “F” rating.

 

 

An investigative journalist, Kelli Jack has written a series of articles about them and had a pending lawsuit. She had said: “1&1 Should Be Shut Down.”
