People please help! I can't get rid of 1&1 internet account. I cancelled it few years ago (well, I thought I cancelled) and until recently I was not aware that they still charge me for this account until I cancelled my credit card! One week ago I got a letter threatening that bailiffs will come around to collect the debit and extra charge will be added to my invoice! O my god! I feel like someone is trying to harm me physically and psychologically! I am so scared! I paid the invoice for something what I don't use, hope they will leave me alone! Hey! 1&1 internet! Can u leave me alone? I do not need u service!!!! I do not need your auto renew! I did close my account with you!!!!! What also I can do about them? I am really in despair!!
