If the transaction was unauthorised, then yes, the bank MUST block the transaction and refund it.

that's what i thought, they just kept saying that because i have dealings with the company, it needs to be dealt with via visa dispute team.

my argument to them was its irrelevant i haven't given my authorisation for this money to be taken.

CFO must have something though and im so worried.

I recently took a payday loan but definitely nothing to do with them.

it just keeps going round and round in my head that they must have something on me or they wouldnt have taken it

Your bank is wrong. If they tell you that again, DEMAND that you get the employee names and id numbers as you will be forming a FULL complaint.

during this process of getting the current loan

did you in advertently use a loan broker site or call centre

dx

please don't hit Quote...just type we know what we said earlier..

DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...

Kayleigha, you will find that Renegadeimp has answered your questions.

Regarding MYJAY,they used to be called TEXT LOANS.

LIQUID LOANS used to be called COMPARE MY LOANS.

I cannot find any connection between them and CFO.

Have you by any chance applied for a loan and been refused, because these companies have very devious ways of getting your information.

It seems rather ludicrous that on the CFO web site, they give a live web link to the OFT guidance on debt collections, then go against that what is stated in the guide. To quote from their site,"We abide by both the word and spirit of the OFT guidance on debt collections"

While I was composing this,I have noticed that DX100 has made a comment similar to mine.

Regards,John.
