hi, does any body know if a bailiff can remove a car displaying a disabled tax disc,have received a notification from rossendales saying"they have seized ,distrained and impounded upon the premises the goods specified in the inventory", but the vehicle isn't clamped.

also the signature on the paper work doesn't actually say anything.its just a small squiggle.

its council tax,we dont have the blue badge because my wifes mother bought the car so we can run her around and she keeps her blue badge with her.

Whose name is on the V5?

sorry,derrrrrrrrrrrrr. its ours with free road tax

 

So long as the taxation class is disabled and shows as such, with a £0.00 VED they cannot take it, but leave your MIL's badge in the windscreen until mr bailiff has been made to foxtrot oscar.
