Oh fun with paypal, theyve suddenly limited my previously perfect account linked to my 100% perfect ebay account due to it being 'linked' to a previous old paypal account over 7 years old now. I just totally give up wirh both of them , a pity as ive been buying and selling with no complaints or any problems for many years, oh well, their loss !

please don't hit Quote...just type we know what we said earlier..

DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...

Aha..my thoughts too.. BUT they are not attempting to sue me or get the money back through the courts (It's well known they they dont follow this route), they just say, we are freezing your current paypal account, something I suspect they have a legal right to do, even if the money they claim I owe is from over 6 years ago.

Its not big loss, my ebay account is linked too it, so now my ebay fees havnt been paid..and now they wont be so its their loss , thats another £50 they wont be getting off me. Their logic is hard to work out..they 'assume' that by freezing my Paypal account Ill be so desperate to use it that Ill pay any money they claim I owe from accounts many years ago.....eerr..I dont think so :)
