I purchased the Alevel History course from them back in September 2011 and have been working my butt off through the confusing brief notes that they give you.

I wanted help from my tutor on several occasions and when asking for it i either heard nothing back or had to submit a test paper to speak to him..

. but i needed help with something that had nothing to do with the test paper.

i just sat my As unit 1 exam and for starters i hadn't learnt the second part of the first 2 questions and the 3rd question i didn't even realize existed on my course.

i had not been given the right amount and the sufficient amount of note,

very disappointing considering i had paid £65 for the exam and £265 (approx) for the course. Plus another £65 for my next exam.

a lot of money spent for something i cant even answer in an exam.

I literally just went through my notes and the 3rd question is covered briefly in a sentence ad-mist a load of other notes..

there is no way i will pass this exam with the amount of knowledge i had from those notes.

even with the notes in front of me i could not answer that exam.

i want to complain to ics and get a refund,

i really need advice on how to go about this,

shall i call or email,

what shall i say

how shall i go about it?

I am willing to take it further how ever that may be,

i need the money to help cover alevel courses in school which will cost £1000 and prevent me from working.

Thanks to ics i have wasted money and a year for something i will get nothing out of.

Please help me !!

Thankyou

Hi RebekieCee

Welcome to The Consumer Action Group.

I am just letting you know that as you haven't had any replies to your post yet, it might be better if you post your message again in an appropriate sub-forum. You will get lots of help there.

Also take some time to read around the forum and get used to the layout. It is a big forum and takes a lot of getting used to.

Once you start to find your way, you will soon realise that it is fairly easy to get round and to get the help you need.

It can be bit confusing at first.

Please be advised that my time will be limited for the next few weeks. Thanks for your understanding.
