I have totalled the charges against me, over 6 years, £800.

I`m about to send the 1st letter. Having read other posts, I expect to be fobbed off with their standard waffle, or be offered half. If I refuse, I will probrably have to fill out an N1 County Court form.

Are their companies who will fight the case on a commission basis - no win no fee etc??

You'll be able to find the info and help here.

(I know of one chap who will appear in court with/for you if you are anywhere in England).
