i also have recieved message stating pre removal from a A L Wright i paid a token payment and have recieved 2 further texts saying balliff attending house now. i have since found out payment go to capital finance although the guy on phone said they were M T Collect. if i contact OFT or Trading Standards to complain what company am i complaining about and do i show texts to police?

Unless you have a county court judgement against you, bailiffs should have no involvement. These texts need to be forwarded to trading standards and a the OFT

 

A formal complaint to CFO is in order as they are using threats of removal of goods where they are in no position to do so.

I challenged the company that sent Al Wright text to me regarding bailiff attending property mentioned TS and there legality.

i have today recieved a letter from Financial Ombudsman Services detailing me that they have written to Capital Finance One with complaint

 

i am to wait a couple of days to see if i recieve a letter from Capital finance

if not send letter explaining Financial Ombudsman Services have already contacted them

and if no responce within 8 weeks fill out complaint form and return to Financial Ombudsman Services with supporting documentation.

 

has anyone already done this yet and what was responce.

I have had a call from Red Bridge trading standards, They have had a lot of complaints about CFO and are investigating them. Trading standards are unable to get involved in indvidual cases but will consider all complaints they recive as evidence against CFO.
