hi can anyone tell me is there is a template letter to opt out of the high interest rates. the rate they are charging me is terrible and i cannot keep up with it. any advice would be good to where to find the letter. thanks:-x

Hi Miapia,

 

I have just re-drafted the Site's template letter which you can send to your bank asking them to consider your situation if you are experiencing Financial Difficulty.

 

The letter should be added to the library in the next day or two.

 

If you haven't heard from me by the w/end, please send me a reminder and I'll chase this for you.

 

The bank have a duty to consider your case and to see what they can do to assist. This can include them not adding further default charges and stopping or reducing interest.

Send it to the bank enclosing the completed Budget Planner.
