:-xlisten to this one you wont believe this about quick quid,i recently posted my issue about them raiding my account when i had an agreed extension in place and i honestly thought i could finish paying them off in 2 months but i unfortunatly couldnt,so today i sent them an email saying i cannot afford the 514.00 payment in full and i said because of there actions them raiding my bank account more than the agreed extension i thought it was only fair they helped me again with another payment plan and requested a 4 month plan,well to my shock they agreed and said as a curtesy to me the plan is for 4 months at 123.00 per month until paid off in 4 months,have they finally realised how they treat there customers at long last ,hurrahhhhhhhhh il be free by xmas and good riddance too so keep trying folks it can be done and good luck

yes i sincerly hope they realise how much damage they do to us and maybe just a little step in the right direction to help people out like us ,the stress as you know has been so severe for lots of us including myself now i can finally learn to relax a little and get my life back on track ,thanks very much for all your support on this forum your just ace xxxxxxxxxxxxx:jaw:

They're currently being a real nightmare!

 

I took out a loan, and I kept paying the interest only for several months as I couldn't afford the repayments. I've had to cancel the DD as was getting nowhere fast and can see the never-ending debt cycle with them.

 

I have taken advice from the CCCS and their advice to me is to apply for a debt relief order. As this is a formal type of insolvency I wish to avoid this. I keep offering QQ repayments but they keep refusing; having read the forum it appears that their DCA's are pretty useless too and unwilling to set arrangements... any advice?

You have helped greatly but I wish quick quid had reduced my debt as they are the ones who raided my account fraudulently when an agreed extension was in place ,u see any decent human being would compensate you for the distress they caused you but quick quid do not appear decent to its good customers and I'm not surprised they are posting on here now as spying on us tells them more than we want them to know and in my view they should have written off my debt because of the fraud they commited in my bank account and they will do it again to others ,disgusting ,I will never ever recommmend them to anyone in fact iv made sure an awful lot of people are aware of the disgusting tactics they use to there customers

it is very easy at the time to borrow from people like these and i dont think anyone of us borrow with no intention of not paying them back but peoples circumstances change and unfortunatly with the extortionate interest rate quick quid charge wefind our selfs in more financial difficulty but i never thought in a million years companys like these could raid your bank account as and when they choose and when like me you paid them back on time and they should shut down .in my view the way thingsare going with quick quid because of the amount of people having to go on payment plans eventually they will all collapse and go bust and i for one hope that happens and the staff who treat us at qq lose there income and know how it feels to be desperate, Edited September 2, 2011 by quackquack

I was in ther same position over a year ago (did do another thread but in a different section) QQ refused and repaytments as I became unemployed sold it onto mukky hall who kept threatening to takeit to court and refused payment plan so I invited them to do this but instread sold it on again to motormile who were thr most obnoxious threatening bunch of clowns on this planet dispite sending 6 yes 6 letters telling them thier doorstop collectors were not invited and i had moved address I kept getting threatening mails for them to say turning up unnanounced thrn ther beginning of this week one turned up at my old address started tsking photos of the house kicking the door and mouyhing off to my ex neighbour and freind.(not ex friend LOL) this is now with ts and the police all this dispite telling them that I would pay a f&F figure seems that QQ has a lot to answer for selling these debts onto an agency who like to pretend they are bailiffs and try to destroy us by bullying us fior no more that a couple of hundred quid inflated up

according to my ex neigbour and my friend he acted like one was mouthing off to her and she was so scared she mailed me telling me to keep all windows and door locked as he was a bailiff and he was going to find me and tske everything This is odd in itself as I have nothing warrenting bailiffs at all Its already been reported to trsding stsndards and police
