Ok one year on, since making the last post :) , Ive had the June 2008 letter informing me about "Overdraft Complaint - OFT v HBOS plc" and the stay, but since then I stopped, but since in last few days they've got another extension Im getting a bit threaders with it, so can I procced straight to court stage even thou all that time has passed ?

I would send them another lba giving them 14 days, then go straight to court- they will then put it on hold.

 

Any chance you could show hardship to get it dealt with asap?
