Hi all

Keep going -- let's "Run them out of Town".

I'm surprised nobody's bought Cattles debt portfolio for 0.0001p per 10,000 GBP --- maybe we'll see it on eBay next. :D

I'm sure Mr Carters car details have been publicized as well -- if you see it in your area - CLAMP him and charge him 950 GBP for "Removal Fee".

Also if your supermarket shopping bag containing eggs just happens to "accidentally break" -- well things just happen don't they

but please to all -- STAY WITHIN THE LAW. We ARE however allowed to name and shame so these people are NOT welcome in their own communities any more.

Cheers

She Can`t Cover For Him For Ever!:D

OK...... just a though here:

I am aware from my time on this forum that Carter routinely breaks the rules (and the law!!) with regards to the tactics he employs whilst chasing alleged debts.

I have also heard allegations on various threads (although as yet I have yet to see these claims substantiated) that Carter's wife is a high-fligher in the SRA.

I have also noted that on every single occasion that I am aware of, the SRA have allowed Carter to dismiss his disgraceful behaviour as "human error" or something equally pathetic.

WELL WHY DON'T WE MAKE 2010 A YEAR FOR THIS CRETIN TO REMEMBER??

If we collectively gather every single scrap of information we each have on this man, I would be happy to collate it into a single bulk-complaint.

If we were to employ this tactic, then surely the SRA and any other authority would have to listen and would have to take the matter seriously and not let him get away with it by simply suggesting it is an isolate incident of "human error" etc.

Surely there are enough people on this forum, with enough evidence, to prove catagorically that this dispicable behaviour is nothing short of a calculated and repetitive risk taken with the view of abusing the law and the debt recovery and court system in order to obtain maximum results for minimum effort?

Just a thought.

Cheers

I am rarely around these parts any more. I only stop by when something has come to my attention that has sufficiently annoyed me so as to persuade me to awake from my nap and put in my two pence.

Hahaha.... no pun intended, I'm sure :) lol

Yeah I definitely reckon this is the way forward...... if they won't take us seriously then LETS MAKE THEM!!!!

This man has got away with far too much for far too long and it's about time his reign of terror came to an end!

As previously said, I'd be more than happy to organise a collective complaint. It might take some typing and some serious organising to get all evidence and statements together; but I would be more than happy to do that work!!

I wonder what the best way of bringing this plan to the attention of all the CAGGERS who have had dealing with this wrech?? Any ideas welcome lol.

Cheers

I`m with you all the way M8. How to get all complaints together to deal with has a Mass Complaint, I have know idea.

What are these Stickeys, how do they work?

Or, could WE create a list from all posts and threads on this Animal and his Tactics and may be PM ALL in a Oner?

Not technically minded as to how to achieve any of this, but I would GLADLY wield the Hammer to Knock the Nails IN.:D

Yes.... I think it would have to be something like that.

I think maybe I'll start a new thread specifically aimed at people who have had dealings with this menace..... and then begin to compile a list of threads on this company/man/beast.

I'll do this now and see what we get going..... cheers for the input.... watch out for the specific thread!!

A particularly odious firm of "solicitors", who don't like to comply with the law  A favourite practice of theirs is to unlawfully split a claim, so that they make sure of getting their fees. However, that can be of benefit too, they got a CCJ for £300 off me, before I discovered CAG, but now they can never come after me for the other £6500 :)

without wishing to sound nieve who's bryan carter,??

carters on the no 1 culling list of dca,s for 2010,(ALLEGEDLY)

most common trick is to sent court papers to old address and then gets ccj then hey presto finds your proper address and sends you notice of payments awarded by the courts ( northampton bulk centre)for ccj.(ALLEGEDLY)

but when you challenge him and go for a set aside he crawls back under the turd from wenst he came.(ALLEGEDLY)

thus you get the ccj removed and then you file for costs.( ALLEGEDLY):D

PS I LOVE THIS SITE.
