Hi I HAVE RECEIVED MY REFERENCE BOOK NOTES AND MARTINI NOTES FROM FIRST DIRECT. MARTINI NOTES SEEM TO BE A RECORD OF YOUR REQUIEMENTS WITH THE BANK, OVERDRAFT, LOANS ETC. REFERENCE BOOK NOTES IS A HISTORY OF HOW YOUR ACCOUNT IS/WAS RUN.

Hi,

 

I use to work at FD a long time ago....

 

Martini, AES, RBN (Reference Book Notes), EDGE are all different programs that they use to manager the accounts.

 

Martini and RBN's are used to make notes of charges, overdraft limits etc.

 

This is what you will recieve.
