Recently received another letter from The Halifax stating that they would not refund all the charges asked for since the account opening ( less than six years) and they are refering me to the Financial Ombudsman. what to do now?

you will get 100% of what you have claimed for. don't hold yor breath for the conidentiality fee!

received another letter from the halifax offering £386.00 as full and final settlement.I think court action is now needed
